Near the apartment there is Chkalov Russian Drama Theatre, the Lenin Square, and the City Government. You can walk down to the Embankment and enjoy the beautiful view of the river. In the yard of the apartment there is a well-known café-bistro “Khortitsya” where you can have your morning coffee. Also there is a German Catholic Church.

Cozy, light, one-room apartment in Nikolaev on the seventh floor of a nine-storied house. There is an elevator in the house. Total space – 34 square meters. In a spacious bedroom there is a big wardrobe, a double bed, a pier-glass, bedside tables, air-conditioner, TV and DVD. In the kitchen you will find everything for convenient cooking: plates and dishes, microwave oven, gas stove, refrigerator and electric kettle. In a spacious and light bathroom you will find a modern shower cabin, a washing machine, sanitary appliances and hot-water boiler. There is internet in the apartment.

Cleaning and changing bed-clothes once a week (additionally – 6$ for 1 cleaning).
