On the first floor of the house there are several clothing boutiques. On Sovietskaya Street there is McDonald’s, best night clubs, restaurants, cafes and bars. Five minutes’ walk from the apartment there is Lenin Square and the Embankment where you can see the best Nikolaev monuments. 

INTERIOR:

VIP one-room apartment: new, cozy and modern, corresponding to all modern standards. The apartment is very light, with high ceilings, beautiful chandeliers and other kinds of lighting. In the hall there is a small mirror wardrobe. In a spacious kitchen there is a light beige suite of furniture – the dining-table and a small sofa, a bar and bar chairs, as well as new kitchen ware + built-in household appliances. In the bedroom there is a big white double bed, built-in mirror wardrobe, two chairs and an ironing-board. The balcony facing Sovietskaya Street. In the bathroom there are new sanitary appliances (modern shower-cabin, washing-machine, small chest-of-drawers with a mirror). There is Internet in the apartment.

Cleaning and changing bed-clothes once a week (additionally – 6$ for 1 cleaning).
