In the living room there is a big double bed and folding sofa, a furniture set, TV, carpet, beautiful curtains. In a small kitchen there is a new furniture set (chairs and a dinner table), suite of furniture with a microwave oven, gas stove and necessary utensils for cooking. In the bathroom there is a new sanitary engineering, standart bath tub. There is wi-fi internet in the apartment.

APARTMENT LOCATION:

This one room apartment on Sovietskaya Street is located on the fist floor of a nine-storied elite building. In the house there are two elevators, on the first floor there is a concierge. The apartment is located in the beginning of Sovietskaya Street in the building of 24-hour supermarket “Sotka”. Sovietskaya Street is the main street of Nikolaev and a favorite recreation place Nikolaev dwellers and guests of the city. That is why there is a developed infrastructure of restaurants, night clubs, boutiques etc near the apartment. Nearby there are public transport stops and taxis.
