This cheap Nikolaev apartment in the centre of the city is located on the ground floor of a five-storied house, near the bus stop Chigrina - Sadovaya. A few minutes by bus to Sovietskaya and Moskovskaya Street. Ten minutes by foot to Lenina Prospect. On the crossing of Sadovaya and Lnina Prospect there is Casperovskiy Orthodox Cathedral, an entertainment centre “City Centre”, fitness club, banks.

DESCRIPTION:

This is a cheap variant for short-term rent for one person in Nikolaev. The advantage of this apartment is a modern kitchen and bathroom (new sanitary appliances, corner bathtub). On the kitchen there is an electric kettle, a refrigerator, dishes and plates, table with chairs. Old furniture in the living-room: a folding sofa, a wardrobe and cable TV. No internet but if you rent an apartment for more than ten days, the owners will provide internet connection. Please state if you need internet on your request.

Cleaning once a week is included into the rent, additionally – 6$ for 1 cleaning.
