In the living-room there is a big new set of furniture, velours crème-colored corner sofa and a table. In the third room there is a brown sofa. Bathroom and w.c. are separate, in the bathroom there is a plain bathtub. In the kitchen: brown kitchen suite of furniture, dinner table, refrigerator (not new), gas stove (not new). In the apartment there are no dishes and no phone. There is internet.

APARTMENT LOCATION:

Three-room apartment situated on the 8th floor of a nine-storied house in the centre of Nikolaev (between Dzerzhinskogo and Komsomolskaya streets). Nearby there is a new trade centre “Plaza”, supermarket “Yuzhniy Bug”, 24-hour market on Komsomolskaya street, a post office, more than twenty shops, a night club, a drug-store, a beauty salon, pizzeria “Mario”. 

Apartment prices are set by the apartment owners. Therefore if you with to rent an apartment for a long term, you have to pay the stated price plus 50% from monthly cost of broker’s services (once). If you rent an apartment for three days or more, you have to pay the stated price without additional payments. Discounts are possible when you are renting an apartment for a long term.
