This apartment on the second floor of five-storied house is very impressive. Modern classicism, luxury, all possible conveniences – the best variant for no-worry vacation. Beautiful view from the balcony.  Independent heating, cold and hot water, air-conditioning. In the living-room there is a soft suite of furniture – a sofa and an armchair, together with a glass table. Big plasma TV on the wall. Huge bed and a smaller plasma in the bedroom. Lighting for any mood: you can just turn on small built-in lamps to create a calm and relaxing atmosphere, or you can fill the room with a lot of light by turning on the chandeliers. A big Jacuzzi, toilet, a wash-basin and a mirror in the bathroom. The kitchen has built in household appliances (gas stove, ventilation), electric kettle, refrigerator, a kitchen table, and necessary dishes.

The location of this apartment speaks for itself. It is located on the most famous street of Odessa – Deribasovskaya, close to the best restaurants, boutiques, shops, and sights of the city.
