Rent apartment or stay in the hotel?

You do not pay for each person that stays in the apartment, but for the entire apartment. Daily rentals are convenient if you want to live in a cozy homely atmosphere and come back in any convenient time. We offer you modern apartments in the centre of Odessa, Nikolaev and Kherson, Kiev, Crimea. The prices of apartments start from 30$ a day – it is much less than the cost of hotel rooms. Apartment database is constantly renewed and includes offers for the cities: Nikolaev, Odessa, Kherson, Kiev and on your request – in Crimea.Your choice can vary from cheapest and neat to modern elite first-class apartments located in the centre of the city. We offer both daily and long-term rent. If you made your choice while looking through variants of apartments (we recommend you to pick 2-3 variants in case the apartment that interests you is occupied), please read through "FAQ" section where you will find answers to questions that are often asked by customers. You can book the apartment by filling in our feedback form  or by writing a letter to our mailbox This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . If the apartment is free on the period that you state, we will send you a letter that confirms the possibility of reservation. After that you will have to grant an advance equal to the cost of apartment rental for one day if you plan to rent an apartment for the term up to 7 days. If you need an apartment for a longer term (more than 7 days), you will have to grant an advance equal to the cost of two days’ rent. The prepay will be considered a pledge for the time of your stay in the apartment, and will be returned to you on the day of your departure. 

Rent for long term.

Apartment prices are set by the apartment owners. Therefore if you wish to rent an apartment for a long term, you have to pay the stated price plus 50% from monthly cost of broker’s services (once). If you rent an apartment for three months or more, you have to pay the stated price without additional payments. Discounts are possible when you are renting an apartment for a long term.  

We recommend you to use our services "taxi service ukraine" or "transportation ukraine" (read more in “Transportation") and an experienced driver will pick you up at the airport, will help you with your luggage and will bring you to the address of your reserved apartment. There our manager will meet you and help to get settled.

If you do not understand and cannot speak Russian/Ukrainian, our interpreter is at your service. Interpreter will help you to conduct personal and business meetings, will be your guide during your stay in Ukraine (see “Service/Interpreter”).
