RENTAL APARTMENTS

CHOOSE THE APARTMENT WHICH WOULD SUIT YOU. Fill out the order form, specify the date and time of arrival, date and time of departure, number of days of residence, the name of the apartment, your name and contact phone number. It is advisable for you to choose 2-3 options in case one of the apartments will be occupied and specify which one you prefer. Send the form of preliminary order. Within 24 hours you will receive a response from our manager.

MAKE THE FINAL ORDER AFTER AGREEING ALL DETAILS WITH OUR MANAGER.

Book your apartment, in a sum equal to the cost of 1 night stay if you need a flat for up to 7 days, and in a sum equal to the cost of 2 nights stay if you plan to rent the apartment for more than 7 days. This deposit is not refundable in case you cancel your order (if your plans to visit Ukraine change).

WE WILL SEND YOU A BOOKING CONFIRMATION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE,

as well as the exact address and room location, contact phone numbers of our manager if you have any questions during your visit. After receiving confirmation of booking there can be no changes made on our part without your consent. Upon arrival, you will settle into your booked apartment. In case of vis major, we will offer you an equal or more expensive apartment for the same price.

TIME OF ARRIVAL 12:00, DEPARTURE - 12:00.

If you want to stay til the evening or for several hours more, contact the manager and arrange the matter. In case you have any problems, questions, just need advice - please call our manager 09 am-20 pm by phone 80503940223 (in case of emergency at any time). Upon check-in you are required to pay all of your stay by cash or by credit card. This amount will not include a booking deposit which will be a security/damage deposit for the apartment and will only be returned on the day of your departure.

WE ACCEPT ORDERS FOR THE RENTAL OF APARTMENTS NOT LATER THAN 5 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL

TRANSPORTATION

We offer you the services of our driver who will meet you at the airport or railway station and deliver directly to reserved apartment. Check prices for transport services here ... If you do not plan to rent our apartment, but want to use only driver’s services , please contact us using the feedback form.  Transportation service - 100% advance payment.

TRANSLATOR

If you need an interpreter at the time of personal and business meetings, or just for the translation of materials and correspondence, we can offer you this service. Check prices here ... Payment is made on-line or upon arrival, in cash or by one of mentioned ways of payment.
